Make sure to complete your transaction with payment confirmation. We will remind you within 3 working days to make payment, and Warning will be issued to member who doesn't respond within 3 days after and we will cancel the order automatically. We will suspend your account when it goes 3 warning declared.

We do not responsible for any damage item/s after they leave our possession. We did everything in our power to get item/s for you in the best possible condition.

We usually ship the same day as payment is confirmed, but not later than 2 days after.
